FITTING GUIDE
Most of our product discriptions contain accurate and simple to follow advice on fitting; general advice can be found by clicking the FITTING GUIDE button.

Different manufacturer's products vary in sizing and fit therefore, if you haven't sampled the product previously, please read the information carefully; if you are still unsure then please contact us directly on 0800 458 7451.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

DELIVERY
Wherever possible we dispatch items via courier, or Royal Mail First Class Recorded mail, so 'in stock' items should be received within 3 or 4 days; all smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Parcels, First Class, signed for. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours of secure order, due to our popularity some items may take a day or two to come back in stock; where an item is 'made to order' information is listed clearly with an estimated delivery time given.
If your purchase is for a special occasion please contact us directly to obtain an accurate delivery date.

P&P (UK Mainland)
Our P&P prices are quoted during the checkout process; due to our fair system of charging it is impossible to quote a cost per item, as we charge p&p on a per order basis, calculated on each individual order depending on which items you have selected and the total weight of those items. For example; two pairs of jodhpurs does not cost twice the amount as that cahrged for one pair, as it doesn't cost us twice as much to send them to you. Our minimum P&P charge is �2.95 (Shirts, Gloves, Numnahs, In-hand Bridles and the like) and our maximum is �6.95 (heavy items such as Horse Rugs and long Boots)...but, if you want two, three, or more rugs, we still only charge �6.95 for the entire parcel!

P&P (Overseas)
We are happy to ship abroad; you will be quoted a price based on the weight of the packaged item or items you require plus the prevailing Royal Mail cost for having the package signed for. Please e-mail your overseas order to us, we will then send a Paypal request which will have the current rate for P&P added to it; there is no fee added to the postage rates quoted to us by Royal Mail.

PAYMENT
This website is a live, e-commerce site meaning that, once you have placed your order you will be transferred to our secure payment gateway which will take your Credit or Debit card details; this money is then 'ringfenced' until we dispatch your order, at which time the money is taken from your account. We do not take any money from your card until we dispatch your order.
If you wish to pay by Cheque or Money Order please complete the order but don't continue to the payment gateway; send us an e-mail stating your intention to pay by an alternative method and send your cheque, made payable to TACKANORY to:
